A living platform for Chinese orchestral music in Singapore
Formerly the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation Chinese Orchestra, CCO was formed in 1974 and has continued to grow as an active ensemble in Singapore and the region.
The orchestra brings together around 150 members, including young professionals and students, across five musical sections. Its repertoire spans more than 1,000 compositions and reflects decades of dedication to Chinese traditional music.
With public support and a deep bench of musicians, instructors, composers, and volunteers, CCO continues to present the many facets of Chinese music to audiences in Singapore.
